Perry Smith, MD – Practicing in Great Bend since 1980
Perry Smith M.D., is a family medicine doctor serving the Great Bend area. Dr. Smith graduated from the University Of Kansas School Of Medicine. Following Medical School Dr. Smith completed his family practice residency at Via Christi Regional Medical Center-St. Francis, in Wichita, KS. Dr. Smith has been a physician at Central Kansas Family Practice since August of 1980.

Dr. Teri Turkle-Huslig specializes in Family Practice. Dr. Turkle completed her pre-medical education at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX and earned her medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine. After graduating from medical school, she completed an internship and residency at John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth, TX. Dr. Turkle has an active life in Great Bend with her husband Dr. Mark Huslig and their 4 children.

Stanley Hatesohl, MD–Practicing in Great Bend since 2014
Dr. Stan Hatesohl specializes in Family Medicine. Dr. Hatesohl is from Linn in North Central Kansas. He completed his undergraduate degree and graduated from the University of Kansas School of Pharmacy in 1980. In 1984 he graduated from the University of Kansas School of Medicine – Wichita Branch. He completed his residency training in family medicine at Baptist Medical Center in Kansas City, Mo. Dr. Hatesohl practiced medicine in Clay Center, Ks for 22 years and 3 years at the VA in Topeka,Ks prior to moving to Great Bend in 2012 with his wife, Ann. They have five grown children and two grandsons. Dr. Hatesohl and Ann enjoy living in Great Bend and are active in the community.

Jonathan Pike, MD – Practicing in Great Bend since 2018
Jonathan Pike, MD is the most recent physician to join UKHS - Great Bend Campus, and he specializes in Family Medicine. He returns to his hometown after completing his residency training at Via Christi Family Medicine in Wichita, KS. Prior to that he received his A.S. in general studies from Barton County Community College, his B.S in biology from Kansas State University, and his Doctor of Medicine from University of Kansas School of Medicine - Wichita. As a family physician, he enjoys seeing patients of all ages, and he also enjoys non-operative sports medicine and obstetric care.

Gina Westhoff, PA-C – Practicing in Great Bend since 2013
Gina Westhoff received her Physician Assistant degree from Wichita State University in 2003. Since graduating she has practiced in rural Kansas working in the clinic, hospital, ER and nursing home settings. She is proficient in treating, diagnosing and educating patients regarding acute and chronic medical conditions and performing many procedures.

Elise Snapp received her Nursing degree at Kansas Newman College. After that she went on to become a Nurse Practioner and received her degree from the University of Kansas. She has worked in several clinics and hospitals since her graduation in 1997.
